Catalina leads innovation and new product development for Norton Rose Fulbright Australia. During her tenure she has redesigned the firm’s new product development process, in collaboration with the executive team and various stakeholders, and helped launch several products including award-winning Parker, Australia’s first data privacy chatbot.
Catalina started her career as a digital marketer in Paris. She joined the Brussels office of the Center for Creative Leadership in 2010, where she was a key contributor to the launch and management of the company’s consulting practice. In 2012 Catalina joined Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she led the Belgian marketing and communications team for four years before moving to Sydney.
Having studied Design and Management at Parsons New York, Catalina remains passionate about design thinking, and a strong believer in the power of creative teams. When she is not designing or marketing a new product, or studying for her MBAX in Technology, Catalina makes sure to find time for scuba-diving and hiking, two of her favourite past-times.
