Hargreaves suggests Garnacho should play on left wing

Former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Ruben Amorim should use Alejandro Garnacho on the left wing rather than the right.

The Argentine international has played 15 times on the left wing this season, scoring six goals and providing three assists, compared to just one goal and two assists in seven appearances on the right.

Asked about Garnacho เล่นบาคาร่า UFABET เว็บตรง ค่าคอมสูง on Premier League Productions, Hargreaves said: “You know, we’ve seen him [playing on the left] before. He’s very efficient cutting inside and I don’t have a problem with him playing on the right because he’s going to pass more.”

“When he plays on the left, he cuts inside and shoots. He creates a lot of chances for his team-mates (against Arsenal).”

Regarding the transfer rumours involving Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo, Hargreaves said: “He’s a very good player and I don’t want to see him leave. At the same time, you have to build a team around Kobbie Mainoo.”

There has been speculation that United may look to offload the likes of Garnacho and Mainoo to help with Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).

Both players progressed through United’s academy, meaning a potential sale would represent pure profit for the club.

‘You’ve got to build around these young guys,’ Hargreaves said. ‘I know they might need to sell them for financial reasons but I want them to play here and see them grow, improve and enjoy the good times that we had.
